This is one of the patterns that many people which prevents them from finding a happy, healthy relationship.
In health and fitness terms, yo-yo dieting is when a person loses weight, then puts it back on…then loses it again, then puts it back on…you get the idea!
Well, the yo-yo pattern can show up in your dating life too. If you are stuck in any holding patterns or viscious cycles, chances are you are yo-yo-ing.
